Not too long ago, I was in the middle of planning a new season of my offerings. Everything felt messy. Too many ideas. Too many pathways. I sat there, asking God: “Can you just tell me what to do? Please?”

And then it hit me.

I wasn’t confused because God wasn’t speaking. I was confused because I hadn’t built the container to receive.

So, I shifted. I lit one candle, set a timer for 11 minutes, and decided: “I am creating clarity now.”

I breathed. I softened. I moved. And in that short ritual, the answer was already inside me. The fog cleared, because I commanded the light.

That’s when I understood:
